Lisa M. Waller Striving for Excellence Scholarship
Each year, the Nu Sigma Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, offers scholarships to outstanding high school seniors in the Greater Harrisburg area who demonstrate excellence in academic achievement and community service and who also exhibit a financial need. This year, the chapter is honored to provide the Lisa M. Waller Striving for Excellence Award to deserving high school students who exemplify the qualities and spirit of Lisa M. Waller. Mary B. Crutchfield Book Award
Mary B. Crutchfield was a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., since 1949 and an active member within the Epsilon Omega Zeta chapter for many years. She worked for the School District of Philadelphia as a Physical Education and health teacher until her retirement in 1984. In her retirement, she continued to uplift her community through service, and until her recent passing, Crutchfield upheld the principles of Zeta. Ready to apply? Click here

Marilee K. Jones & Susan O. Jones Scholarship
Marilee K. Jones was a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Epsilon Omega Zeta Chapter. She was an outstanding educator who worked diligently in the West Chester School District until her retirement. In her retirement, she continued to carry out the principles of her dearest sorority by serving her community through various initiatives. Susan O. Jones was the daughter of Marilee K. Jones and was also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Epsilon Omega Zeta Chapter. Rho Chi Zeta Finer Womanhood Community Service Award
Rho Chi Zeta Chapter is proud to support the next generation of leaders through our Finer Womanhood Community Service Scholarship. This opportunity is designed to uplift, encourage, and invest in students who are committed to excellence, leadership, and service. Award amount is $2,500 for a 2026 graduating senior who has been accepted into and will attend a 4 year college, resides in or attends high school in Delaware County, PA, maintains a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, and demonstrates leadership and community service. Rho Chi Zeta Chapter is proud to announce our Essay Contest Scholarship, created to uplift students who are leading with purpose and serving their communities. Rho Chi Zeta Chapter is proud to offer the Sister Soldier Service Scholarship, honoring ROTC students who lead with integrity, character, and a commitment to serving others. This $1,000 scholarship supports Widener University ROTC cadets who demonstrate academic achievement, servant leadership, and active engagement both on campus and in the community.
