Dr. Stacie N.C. Grant, a life member, has served uninterrupted as an active financial member on every level of the sisterhood including International Third Vice President, International Graduate Member to the Executive Committee, Member of the Board of Managers to the National Educational Foundation, Atlantic Regional Representative to the International Nominating Committee and a two-term president of Phi Zeta Zeta Chapter of Queens, NY.
Stacie is a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient, award-winning international speaker, best-selling author, master facilitator and trainer, and celebrity guest host.
Honorable Judge Beverly S. Tatham
Atlantic Regional Director
Judge Beverly S. Tatham, a diamond life member, was appointed as the 18th Atlantic Regional Director of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. on August 9, 2022. She was initiated into Omicron Alpha chapter at St. John’s University in 1993 and is currently an active member of Sigma Kappa Zeta chapter in Brooklyn, New York. As an active member for nearly three decades, Beverly has served on every level of the sisterhood including her most recent service as the Atlantic Region representative to the International Constitution & Bylaws Committee which was responsible for the historic adoption of the first revision of the sorority’s Constitution and Bylaws since its inception.

Olivia B. Miller is the 12th Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Director and was elected on March 25, 2023. She was initiated into Theta Lambda Chapter at West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2006 and is currently an active member of the Epsilon Omega Zeta Chapter which services Chester County in Pennsylvania. Olivia has served the Sorority as a Chapter President (graduate and undergraduate), Chapter Third Vice President, State Representative to the Atlantic Region Elections Committee, and Project Coordinator to the 10th Pennsylvania State Director.

Dr. Ketwana D. Schoos was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through Sigma Kappa chapter at Central Michigan University in 2001. She has held leadership roles at all levels of the Sorority and is ZOL certified. A higher education professional with over 20 years of experience, she advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has served as an executive-level administrator and faculty member, fostering student success through inclusive programming and leadership development. A native of Albion, Michigan, Dr. Schoos holds degrees from Central Michigan University, Indiana University, and the University of Pittsburgh, including a doctorate in Higher Education Management.

Initiated in 1999 through Lambda Lambda Zeta, she is a proud legacy, ZOL certified, and a charter member of two chapters. As First Anti-Basileus of Gamma Alpha Omicron Zeta, she advocates for social justice, Autism awareness, and women impacted by incarceration. Founder of Mothers of Incarcerated Sons, she brings over two decades of social work experience. Holding advanced degrees and ministry credentials, she is also an AR P.E.A.R.L.S. Institute Scholar and active in the National Association of Parliamentarians, exemplifying Zeta’s founding principles.

With nearly 20 years in the financial industry and a background in engineering, Judith holds degrees from Howard and Lehigh Universities. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she exemplifies finer womanhood through her unwavering commitment to family, community, and the Sorority’s principles of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and leadership.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Danielle C. Burke is a dedicated professional and proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She holds both a Bachelor’s in Geoscience and a Master’s in Geography with a GIS certificate from West Chester University. Her journey in GIS began in 2018, and she now serves as an Associate Team Lead and GIS Consultant with Primera Engineers. Danielle was initiated into Epsilon Omega Zeta Chapter on March 12, 2016, and has been deeply involved ever since. She has served in several leadership roles, including Programs Coordinator, Z-HOPE Coordinator, and Tamias. Ellen Reaves was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. through Gamma Kappa Chapter at Rutgers University in Spring 1987. A graduate in Health Administration, she worked with nonprofits before joining the NJ Judiciary in 2000. Her passion for parliamentary procedure began as Phylacter of Eta Omicron Zeta and grew after reclaiming in 2017 with Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta. Ellen serves as 2nd Anti-Basileus and Atlantic Region ElderCare Coordinator. A Registered Parliamentarian, she is President of Parliamentarians of Bucks County, PA, Parliamentarian for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Board Parliamentarian for the Mid-Atlantic Association for Court Management.

Despite her short time in the Sorority, she has served as President, First Vice President, and is currently the Atlantic Region Z-HOPE Mentee. A native of Glassboro, New Jersey, she earned a B.S. in Social Worker and a minor in Gender & Women’s Studies. Navonna works for Children and Youth Services in Delaware County. She exemplifies Zeta’s principles through community advocacy, chapter support, and personal growth as a dedicated, emerging social work professional. After graduation, Navonna transferred into Rho Chi Zeta Chapter where she currently serves as the Social Media Co-Coordinator.

She currently serves as Phylacter of Beta Delta Zeta Chapter and chairs its Bylaws Committee, also serving on the Commonwealth of PA Bylaws Committee. A retired educator with 22 years in Cheltenham School District, she now serves on multiple boards, including the Abington Health Foundation and National Council of Urban League Guilds. A doctoral candidate at Gwynedd Mercy University, she is pursuing Registered Parliamentarian credentials. Active in her church and various civic groups, Soror Epperson exemplifies service, leadership, and sisterhood in every role.

Tia D. Rideout is the Workforce Learning Manager at Workshop U, with over 15 years of experience in college and career readiness. A respected expert in Philadelphia, she previously served in the School District of Philadelphia, leading major initiatives like the HBCU College Fair and #ReachHigherPhilly, which welcomed Former First Lady Michelle Obama in 2018. Tia’s career began as a case manager supporting children with mental health needs. Her passion spans from maternal care—working as a doula and breastfeeding counselor—to workforce development. She actively serves with nonprofits including the Maternity Care Coalition, F.A.S.T. Foundation, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and recently joined the board of the Zeta National Educational Foundation. Allyson Felder is the 5th (Pearl) President of the Awesomely Amazing Alpha Alpha Omicron Zeta Chapter, which proudly serves Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County. She has previously served the chapter as Grammateus and Antipokritis, and at the state level as Pennsylvania’s Social Media and Scrapbook Chair. She was initiated into the Mu Kappa Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in Spring 2003 on the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she also served as Chapter Basileus, a role that ignited her lifelong passion for servant leadership. Professionally, she is a Client Success Manager at an AI-enabled voice analytics risk assessment tech company, where she leads strategic partnerships that drive compliance, regulatory alignment, and client impact. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University and brings over 15 years of experience in customer success, project leadership, and strategic execution. Allyson is proudly married to Ron Felder (Phi Beta Sigma, Fall 2000) and is the loving mother of Jaden Felder (Phi Beta Sigma, Fall 2023) and Aria, an energetic and engaged Amicette. She is also the proud aunt to Soror Sanaa Ballenger (Xi Delta, Fall 2023), making their home a beautiful expression of Blue and White excellence.

President - Beta Delta Zeta Chapter
Angelique Stoney-Siplin is the 34th President of Beta Delta Zeta chapter, which is affectionately known as Philly Zetas! She was initiated into Beta Delta Zeta Chapter on April 16, 2006, and has remained an active member of the chapter. Angelique served the Sorority as a Chapter Tamias, Finance Director, Undergraduate Advisor and Commonwealth of PA Auditor. She has also been certified through the Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL) Program. Angelique holds a Bachelor degree in accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Lincoln University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix. She is currently the Consumer and Community Bank Compliance Chief Privacy Officer at JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, DE. Angelique is a wife and mother of two children. She loves spending time with family and friends, reality television and trips to the Caribbean.

Shaneka Moton is a dedicated professional with a profound commitment to community service and sisterhood. She was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Theta Lambda Chapter in Spring 2000, later transferring to the Epsilon Omega Zeta graduate chapter in 2013. With two decades of experience, she serves as a Health Education Supervisor at Einstein Medical Center. Beyond her career, Shaneka is a thriving entrepreneur, the proprietor of "candles by SDM" and "customsneakzbyneek". Known for her dedication to philanthropy, she actively combats food insecurity and chronic issues in the community. Within her Sorority, Shaneka has undertaken various leadership roles, from Vice President to Treasurer, and currently presides as the President of the esteemed Elite Epsilon Omega Zeta Chapter.

President - Epsilon Alpha Iota Zeta Chapter
Deborah Savage was initiated into Nu Gamma Chapter at Coppin State College (University) in Spring 1982. She is currently the Basileus of Epsilon Alpha Iota Zeta Chapter. EAIZ is the fifth four letter chapter in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. EAIZ was chartered August 12, 2024. Soror Savage has served the Sorority as a Chapter President, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Vice Presidents, MIP Coordinator, Undergraduate Advisor, Maryland State Grammateus, Phylacter and Finer Womanhood Coordinator, She has also served on National and Atlantic Region Committees. Deborah is also ZOL Certified.
Jaquetta Thornton
President - Gamma Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter
Jaquetta Thornton became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated 26 years ago on the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania through Mu Kappa Chapter. Out of all the sororities on campus, she chose Zeta due to the strong presence of Sisterhood that remains within her many years later. During her 26 years as a member of the Sorority, she has held various leadership positions. Including, most recently, Treasurer of the Atlantic Region and of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prior to being elected Basileus, she held the roles of Grammateus and First Vice President of Gamma Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter. Outside of the Sorority, she serves her community as a Girl Scout leader and on the board of a non-profit organization. In her professional career, she is the Director at the courts in Philadelphia. Jaquetta can be found either driving her husband crazy, on a video chat with her family or hanging with friends as she always tries to stay busy.

Meagan L. Jones was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in 2011 through Sigma Beta Chapter at Alabama A&M University. Soror Jones has remained financial and active since her initiation into the Sorority and has served on the local, state, and regional levels, in the following elected and appointed positions; First Vice President, Second Vice President, and Amicae Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Soror Jones is a charter member of the Myrtle & Viola Tyler International Legacy Club.
Latifa Miller
President - Gamma Alpha Tau Zeta Chapter
Latifa Miller was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through the Xi Delta Chapter at the University of Pittsburgh in the Spring of 1992. Latifa helped to charter the Gamma Alpha Tau Zeta chapter in October 2020. The chapter services Allegheny Valley. Latifa has served the Sorority as a Chapter President, Chapter First Vice President, and Treasurer.

President - Kappa Omega Zeta Chapter
Deshanque Berry was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in 2013 through Kappa Omega Zeta Chapter which services Montgomery County in Pennsylvania. Deshanque has served the Sorority as a Chapter First Vice President, Chapter Financial Secretary, State Nominations Committee Chair, and State Representative to the Atlantic Region Nominations Committee.
Tracee Kirkland Rivers
President - Lambda Lambda Zeta Chapter
Tracee Kirkland Rivers, CRNP, FNP-BC, is President of the Lambda Lambda Zeta Chapter in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through the Lambda Lambda Zeta chapter in May 2022 where she has served as the Second Vice President and Chapter Chaplin. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Maryville University. She has served as the Vendor Co-Coordinator for both the Commonwealth and Atlantic Regions and also Co-Coordinator of the Atlantic Region Emergency Response Team. Tracee is employed as the Chief Clinical Officer and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at East Liberty Family Health Care Center and non-profit FQHC with multiple locations in Pittsburgh’s East End. Tracee is also the CEO and co-owner of Nabhi Christian Ministries (NCM) a 501(c)3 faith-based organization established in 1996. NCM conducts services that help alleviate the deprivation and suffering of people in its community. She is dedicated to “Service” by enhancing impoverished communities and cultivating healthy environments through the provision of services that mentor, train, and develop quality citizens of all ages.
Reggan D. Nowlin
President - Nu Sigma Zeta Chapter
Reggan Nowlin was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated on March 27, 1999, at the Pennsylvania State University – Mu Eta chapter. Reggan is the newly elected President of Nu Sigma Zeta chapter where she has also held the positions of 1st and 2nd Vice President. Reggan is an equal employment opportunity investigator for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where she investigates claims of harassment and discrimination. She holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University and a MS degree in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit Reggan loves reading, restoring furniture and serving her community. She is married to Eriq and they reside in Harrisburg, PA where they raise their two beautiful daughters, Charlize and Ripley.

President - Rho Chi Zeta Chapter
Lavonia A. Page, a proud Life Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, currently serves as the 12th President of the Rho Chi Zeta Chapter that serves the City of Chester and Delaware County, PA. She made history as the first Rho Chi Zeta initiate elected president (2020–2022), leading with compassion through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. During her tenure, the chapter launched its nonprofit arm, Rho Chi Community UPLIFT, which continues to serve the community. Under her leadership, membership reached record highs. Lavonia is pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership and is the founder of the Sharon Lavon Bynes-Page Foundation, honoring her mother’s legacy.

Jamilia Gates, M.A., was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through Marshall University's Iota Pi chapter in December 2009. She is the President of the Rho Sigma Zeta chapter in Erie, Pennsylvania. Jamilia has held leadership and committee roles at all levels of the Sorority over her 14 years of active participation, including First Vice President, Third Vice President, and Undergraduate Advisor. Jamilia graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism. She also earned a Master's Degree in Counseling from Edinboro University. Jamilia is employed as a Program Director for the Earn and Learn Program at Greater Erie Community Action Committee. She takes pleasure in serving as a servant leader in my community and am always looking for ways to learn more.
India Smith-Reed
President - Upsilon Eta Zeta Chapter
India Smith Reed was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated on April 9, 1992 at the University of Pittsburgh, Xi Delta Chapter. India reclaimed with the Upsilon Eta Zeta Chapter in 2019 and has been an active member of the Executive Board since 2021; serving as Parliamentarian (2021-2023), Second Vice President (2023-2025) and now President (2025-2027). India completed the National Association of Parliamentarians exam in 2020 and became ZOL Certified in 2021 (Cohort 9). She has also been a member of the Western Pa. ALSAC/St. Jude Volunteer Committee since 2023.
